On the 6th floor you will find the exclusive b_smart fit & well.
Home trainers, cross trainers and a treadmill are available around the clock for wake-up training or to end the day with a sport.
On cooler days, a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin are also available from 4 p.m.
The relaxation area and the balcony with a view of the lake also invite you to linger and relax.

Bathrobe
You will find your bathrobe in your closet.

Breakfast
Breakfast is available for you in the b_smart restaurant at the following times:

Monday – Friday: 6.30 a.m. – 9.30 a.m
Saturday – Sunday: 7.30 a.m. – 10.30 a.m

Check-out
Check-out: Until 11.00 a.m
You have already paid at the time of booking or at check-in. To check out, please put your room card in the box provided before you leave.

Do not disturb
Our good fairies start their work from around 7 a.m. Please hang the sign provided for this purpose on your room door if you do not want to be disturbed or if you do not want the room to be cleaned yet.

Dogs
You need our prior consent to bring a dog. If we allow it, this is only on the condition that the dog is under your constant supervision, is free of diseases and does not pose a danger to other guests. It is also not allowed to take the dog with you to breakfast or in the b_smart restaurant.

There is a fee of CHF 25.00 per night for the dog and requires that you bring a dog basket or dog blanket.
Exceptions are guide dogs, deaf dogs and other comparable service dogs. These may be carried free of charge and at any time.

Electricity
The sockets are all equipped with 230 volt alternating current.
The sockets next to the desk are all supplied with permanent electricity. Here you can also charge devices while you are away.

Emergency
In every room you will find an emergency plan right next to the room door. There you will find all relevant information on alarm buttons and escape routes.

Fire / fire protection
Our house is built according to the latest fire protection regulations and is equipped with a fully automatic fire alarm system. You will find a fire extinguisher on every floor.

Please note the emergency plan on your room door!
If an attempt is made to deliberately disable the fire detectors, the guest will be charged a penalty fee and all other resulting costs.

Parking
Parking spaces in the parking garage are available free of charge.
The provider charges a fee for the charging infrastructure directly at the charging station.

Room card
If you lose your room card or need a replacement card, you can obtain additional room cards from the check-in terminal. You will need your reservation number for this.

3. Select and enter reservation number".
4. Select "I need a copy of my card".

3. Select and enter "Reservation number".
4. Select "I lost my room key".

Safe / laptop safe
There is a room safe for your valuables. You will find the safe in the closet.

close the safe
1. Enter a four-digit code
2. Press the "ENTER" button
3. Close the door and press the "CLOSE" button

When this process is complete, the message “CLOSED” will appear on the display. Now the safe is locked.

Open the safe
1. Enter the four-digit code. The entered numbers appear in the display.
2. As soon as you have entered the code, the display will show "OPEN"

WLAN
High-speed WLAN is available to you free of charge in the b_smart hotel:

A password is not required. If the login page does not open automatically, open a browser window and enter any web page. You will then be redirected to the login page.
